What does your Customer experience look like? In my mind the client experience is all about their passion for the car, how they feel about the dealership and most importantly how they feel about me. That's the only way we can establish a lifelong relationship.

Why do you believe in Volvo? I believe Volvo Cars are the safest cars on the road. I drive one and my wife drives one which means we are putting the safety of our children in Volvos' hands.
